We took a boat to Angmagssalik and I let the chill air from the icebergs cool my head. It felt like too much too soon, but we had only just begun. This part of the journey was mine. Eko had promised as much. The fresh air, the cloudless sky, and the wind – always the wind – brought a sense of calm to my mind that I had never felt in the city. All those afternoons I had spent hiding in the movie theatre, all those hours spent hidden amongst the hippies and herb-growers of Christiania, all those days inside the office, hidden behind the desk and piles and piles of papers – suddenly I was exposed.
from Narkotika
This will be a great series! With awe-inspiring photos!! :o) How did I miss NARKOTICA?? It’s no longer missing from my Christoffer Petersen bookshelf!!
Thanks, Dave. But I thought you had read Narkotika? Inniki (much younger) from Arctic State is the star of the book. 🙂
