The hardest part of dog sledging is just getting to the ice! This is from March 2007, our first winter with the dogs, before I figured out how to make a camp on the sea ice.

The hill was pretty steep, with som good bends. They were good as they often had drifts of snow I could aim for to slow down!

And then, when you finally get set, all ready to go, adventure awaits.
