Right, here we go! It’s Halloween tomorrow, and if we agree that I choose the “Halloween light” version, then you’ll know the scary movie Jane and will watch tomorrow night won’t be all that scary at all. I mean, I could almost be talked into watching 28 Days Later, but having seen it once, and enjoyed it, I’m not sure I have to. Not really. 😉 I could be tempted to watch A Nightmare on Elm Street, you know… tempted. But we’ll probably play it safe with Van Helsing, which just so happens to include most of the tropes one could wish for, without scaring the living bejeesus out of me!
Talking of tropes, and trying to squeeze as many as possible into one story, I’m going to release Hallowed Sunday Halloween Special tomorrow – all being well. It has been on Patreon, and I’ve released one part of the story on every Sunday of October. You can still read it there – and it would be fabulous to have more readers over on Patreon – but I’ve decided to publish it “wide” too, although not on KU.
It’s either KU or Patreon, I’m afraid. Them be the rules.
So, if you’re curious to know what happened to Petra and the gang in Hallowed Sunday, then, without spoiling it, I can tell you Luui was involved. To a degree, at least. And repeat offenders – you know who you are – will know what that means!
As for more Halloween stuff, I’ve mentioned it before, but I was one of two lecturers at Nuuk Gymnasium to create the first ever Zombie Walk in Greenland! Yes, that is my claim to fame. We had thousands, literally, of people, mostly school kids, following us as we walked through the city. It happened on November 2, 2012. But I’ll leave you with a teaser photo of me, zombified, here!
You’re wondering about the blood, perhaps? Red food colouring and chocolate powder, just in case, you know, you were planning your own Halloween bash!
All part of the service! 😉
Quick note (added after the post went live) the story below is “coming soon” but not yet live as the “grab your FREE copy” text suggests. I’m getting there. I just got a little too excited and set things up too quickly. 😉
One more thing! Grab your FREE copy of Now Boarding Row Z from the link on this page before November 30, 2023!
