Seasons change. If you’re following this blog you’ll have been bombarded with winter pics these past few months. Well, with the break up of the ice, the dogs could enjoy a summer off, and I switched to a kayak to explore the fjord and to go looking for whales.
More … lots more… kayak photos on the way.
You’ve been warned. 😉
Chris
With a bit of inspiration provided by you from this blog, Jill and I will be KAYAKING for the first time next week! We’re going away for a few days up to visit the wineries on California’s central coast, and will spend one of those days kayaking (and trying to stay dry!) in Morro Bay! Thanks for the nudge into adventure!
Fantastic! You’ll love it! 🙂 I read “Kayaking the Vermilion Sea: Eight Hundred Miles Down the Baja”, by Jonathan Waterman when I was in my twenties, and have wanted to paddle in California ever since! It’s a great book, but it also covers a break-up, sooooo perhaps “not” the book for this trip! Have fun!
We’ll be thinking of you! (and wishing we could see a whale!)
Photos needed, Dave! 🙂
