More Canada, and the most ferocious animal we’ve yet to meet. The mini bear!

Innocent, I hear you say, and I might agree – secretly. Jane was less impressed, and had to have “words” with this little fella in Algonquin.

I did my best to assist… the chipmunk/ground squirrel!

But honestly, I had enough problems holding the camera straight!

When I’m not “here” I like to think I’m somewhere in the far north. And, while Greenland is very dear to me, so is Canada and Alaska, and the Yukon in particular. So here’s a quick post to keep the streak going. We had lot of wildlife encounters during our two month trip down the Yukon, and this is just one of them.
